Preparing an enquiry
When you submit the enquiry form, your name, contact details and property information are processed by our website host, Vercel, and sent through Google Workspace to Lordicap. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss service. The website does not store enquiries in a database; the resulting emails are retained in our business email accounts. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Email and phone contact
If you send an email or call Lordicap, the information you share can be used to respond to your enquiry and discuss service. Your email or telephone provider handles those communications under its own policies.
Cookies and storage
This version of the website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or browser storage for enquiry details. Images and fonts are served with the website. The hosting provider may process standard technical request information when delivering pages. The sending service also uses short-lived technical request information to limit repeated submissions. Enquiry contents and contact details are not intentionally written to application logs.
